Always falling on December 26th, the day after Christmas, this day has come to also be known as the "Day of the Wren" (pronounced "Day of the Ran").As the name suggests, the day is dedicated to the Christian Saint Stephen. This day commemorates the saint who was the first Christian martyr and was known for his service to the poor and needy.

BBHES Culture Night - November 11, 2022
An enormous thanks goes out to the BBHES Community for an outstanding Culture Night on Friday! We want to thank the 24+ families who represented their countries at the tables through games, pictures, flags, maps and tasty treats! We also want to thank our 3 cultural dance troupes for bringing music, culture and so much bravery by dancing in front of all of those people! Lastly, we want to thank the 900+ attendees for being there to travel around the world! What a beautiful and diverse community we live in! We hope you enjoyed it. We look forward to many more celebrations together.
