Committee Chair Responsibilities: Trunk or Treat
Overview
Our Trunk or Treat event takes place in the back parking lot and families are invited to sign up to decorate their trunk and hand out candy to the Trunk-or-Treaters. Trunk decorations can be as elaborate or simple as you choose; the main goal is to have fun with our BBHES community.
We had an amazing turnout in our first year - we estimate that 800 kids attended!

Responsibilities
The Committee Chairs for Trunk or Treat are responsible for the planning and execution of all details for the event. The presidents and the VP of Social Enrichment are available for support.

Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate date and location of the event;
- Secure food vendors for the event;
- Plan activities for the event and procure the necessary supplies;
- Coordinate with janitorial contacts for any tables or trash cans needed and availability of bathrooms;
- Recruit volunteers for the event using the PSO sign-up genius account;
- Communicate details via facebook, PSO website, and the weekly PSO email.
- Be present at the event, oversee set-up and clean up.
